Simon has an impressive track record spanning over 30 years (10 of which was based in the USA), with experience in Marketing Communications, Brand Strategy and the delivery of integrated Marketing & Communications and Business Strategies for Growth.
His unique creative approach comes from the ability to think outside the box, to take an objective and uncoloured view of a business or market, which enables him to engineer innovative solutions for growth both with existing SME's and Start-Ups including 1 on 1 entrepreneurial mentoring.
He specialises in coaching clients in the creation of a highly focused marketing strategy to support sustained growth, and the necessary tools and processes required, from the development of a business plan to identifying USP’s, writing vision statements, selecting target markets, to business generation/acquisition programmes and the marketing strategies to deliver the desired revenue projection.

• Breadth of business experience across multiple sectors, both professional services and manufacturing.
• Highly organisational and process driven, with core expertise in business processes.
• Extensive business development skills, having held senior VP Sales & Marketing positions.

• Identifying the core USP’s of a business and re-energising businesses that may have lost momentum.
