What will you receive?

Your dedicated coach will work alongside you and your management team over a 9 to 12 month period. This will involve an independent review of your business, support in formulating strategies for growth and hands-on practical support to restructure for the challenges ahead. You’ll receive a minimum 2 days’ support – up to a maximum of 10 – with the aim of helping your company build its own capabilities to achieve accelerated growth.

The programme could include support with:

•    Developing your leadership and staff
